Well, what is this "garbage of my mind" and how can they be the source of all my problems?
With the help of my friend, an wise elderly man of infinite wisdom, I was slowly made to understand, theoretically, after many hours of interchange and discussion, that human beings are living mostly from the level of the mind and emotion. (We shall simply refer to them as the mind).
And the mind is not even my Real Self. Yes, it is not the Real Me or Soul, as some may wish to refer it as. Over years of conditioning, we have identified with it. Starting from a tender age, our family, school, friends and society have influenced us with their ideas, opinions, values and traditions.
